Nothing to complain about, the venue met standards. The hotel was clean and homely, had excellent staff and air-conditioned rooms. Enjoyed the room with a great view, my bed was large. Nice services were available. Could use their great...  

Pleasant stay during our fourth visit. the staff was friendly and the location was amazing, right near the vaporetto stop. We had a great time and would definitely come back here for another trip! 🌟...

The place had stable Wi-Fi, a very convenient location near the Central station with just a 10-minute walk to Lido de Venezia, and the staff was friendly and top-class, making the entire experience lovely....  

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting because it provides small thematic exhibitions of historical nature. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful during my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a business center or a dedicated work area where I could easily access a computer and printer.

Great location, within walking distance of everything and nearby a fantastic chill-out spot at Bar L'incontro.

It was a wonderful holiday stay in a fantastic location near a variety of great dining options right in front of the hotel.

The staff were accommodating. the breakfast was tasty with good coffee, pastries, and jams. - the location is marvelous in a very quiet area. - It's really close to the ferry to Venice, Murano, Burano, and other islands. - There are food outlets, several restaurants, and bars nearby.

We stayed at Hotel Cristallo for a few nights during our visit to Venice. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. We loved the small balcony, perfect for drying our wet swimming gear. The location was great, just a short walk to the vaporetto stop and the public beach. There were also shops, pizza bistros, and restaurants right on the street. The comfy beds and quiet air conditioning made for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the lovely dining room and the beautiful jasmine-filled garden. Breakfast was a good buffet spread.

The hotel was conveniently located near the water bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Prosecco.

There were ants near the bathroom door, which was a bit of a nuisance. the breakfast buffet could have had a wider variety of options, including some fruit.

Stayed at a budget-friendly hotel just minutes away from the water bus in Lido. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed the convenience of having access to the hotel's beach hut for a quick relax after exploring Venice. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for those looking for value and convenience during their visit to Venice.

Hotel Cristallo is my go-to place in Lido di Venezia. First visit, staff helped find lost necklace. Perfect spot with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security. Bar, laundry, flat-screen TV, business center, and beach access. Wheelchair access, pet-friendly, non-smoking. Can't wait for another weekend!
